Want to exchange or return your leggings?
Size Exchanges — 100% FREE
If the size doesn’t fit, you can request a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Velura Leggings covers all exchange shipping costs.
Returns — Customer Paid
If you prefer a refund, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your package is received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Note that all our warehouses and factories are based in Thailand, Singapore, Japan and China.
How to return your order
Steps to follow:

Email contact@veluramode.com and let us know you’d like to return your package. Please also include the reason for your return.

Our customer support team will reply within 24 hours and send you a return form.

Send your package back to the address provided on the form. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a full refund within 48 hours.

Your bank will then process the refund and the amount will be credited back to your account.
