Article 1 – Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following terms have the meanings defined below:
Right of withdrawal : a period of 30 days from receipt of the products during which the consumer may request a return, in accordance with the seller's return policy.
Consumer : any natural person who makes a purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Business day : any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays recognized in the province of operation of the seller.
Contract for successive performance : a contract relating to the repeated or continuous supply of products or services over a specified period.
Durable medium : any means enabling the consumer to retain information in a durable manner, including email.
Right of withdrawal : the option offered to the consumer to return a product under the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
Seller : the legal entity operating the Velura brand and offering the products for sale.
Distance contract : a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, in particular via a website.
Means of remote communication : any tool enabling the conclusion of a contract without direct physical contact.

Article 3 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Velura website.
Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – Product Offers and Information
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations (color, texture, on-screen rendering) may exist.
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to availability.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the contract
The contract is deemed concluded upon validation of the order and confirmation of payment by the consumer.
A confirmation email is sent to the address provided during the ordering process.
Velura implements reasonable measures to ensure the security of payments and data.
Article 6 – Returns and right of withdrawal
The consumer has 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return, without having to provide a reason.
Returned items must:

to be in perfect condition

items must be returned with their original labels if applicable.
All return requests must be notified by email before the return package is shipped.
Article 7 – Return costs and refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be issued within 2 business days via the original payment method.
Article 8 – Exceptions to returns
Returns are not accepted for:

customized or made-to-measure products

items damaged, worn or soiled by the customer,

products for which the exclusion of return was clearly indicated before purchase.
Article 9 – Price
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) .
Applicable taxes (GST, QST, HST or others) are calculated according to the province of delivery.
Velura reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
Article 10 – Compliance and Liability
The products sold conform to the descriptions on the website.
Velura cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the consumer's statutory rights under applicable Canadian law.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are prepared within 24 working hours .
Estimated delivery times generally vary between 3 and 7 working days , depending on the destination.
In case of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.
Article 12 – Contracts for successive performance
When recurring services or products are offered, the consumer can terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, unless specific conditions are indicated at the time of subscription.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website (credit cards, electronic payment solutions, etc.).
Velura reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of refusal or failure of payment.
